Not Much . . .

Not Much . . .

. . . going on here. At least not much really interesting. I got more RAM for my laptop. Lack of adequate RAM was indeed the main cause of the constant folder crashes as I tried to file. Windows 11 is still not as good as Windows 10, but at least I can work now. Weird! When I wrote the title of this post, I looked up (out the window) and saw a white plane, possibly having taken of from…

Too Much Happening

Too Much Happening

Tuesday we had our GabCraft meeting. Rather than work on our macramé, we did string art. It was difficult, mainly because the “instructions” were horrible. I’ve forgotten now what interrupted me, as well as what I was going to say. Obviously, it wasn’t really important. I’ve been doing practically no stitching, which makes me sad, but other things keep jumping ahead. Mostly it’s been the machine embroidery files. I…

I Have Been Adopted

I Have Been Adopted

At first he didn’t want his picture taken. Then he kept moving around. Really! He was there when I aimed the camera! And moving. Finally he sat down to groom. And moved to a more comfortable place. He’s a friendly boy (well, I’m 99% sure it’s a boy,). . . friendly . . . as long as I don’t try to verify his gender, or don’t try to pick him up, or don’t stop petting when he’s done, or don’t…
