Spring All Winter?
The first year I was in Oregon it was much warmer through February than it has been this year. Then the rains came in March and stayed until July. I didn’t yet have a garden then, so I’m not really sure what was blooming in January. I do know that this is the first time since I have had a garden that I’ve had roses blooming in January.
