An ADDled Mind
I fritter away my hours
in frivolous tasks
that only pass
the time. It's a flagrant
attempt to calm
floundering thoughts,
the flack in my head.
Firstling ideas provide much
inspiration, but focus fails.
What once seemed genius
flails, falls prey to fishy
reasoning, scattered
with distractions frocked
as immediate needs.
