With a vigorous attempt,
I reach for meaning.
Not seeking to rebut
my fundamental values,
I seek only to find
what is real
among the myriad
of paths given to follow.
For in these desolate times,
Truth is hard to find,
harder to see, and
I wish only to fill
my cup to the brim.
