Beef/Noodle/Mushroom


This is not fancy, but very tasty and it is quick and easy to make. Serve it with a vegetable and/or salad and fruit for desert.
This is one of those recipies where I never really measure anything and I will add more or less depending on what tastes good to me. All measurements listed are approximate.
  • 1 Tbs. oil
    8 oz. fresh or 1 can
    mushrooms, drained
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ½ tsp. beef flavor
    soup/gravy base
  • 1 can Cream of
    Mushroom soup
    + ~½ can milk
  • 1 Tbs.vinegar
  • cooked noodles
Brown the mushrooms and onions
until the onions are tender.
Add theground beef and cook
'til done. Add the beef base and
and mix with milk until the base
is well blended. Add the mushroom
soup and blend. Simmer on low
until heated through.
Serve over hot noodles.
