- 1 Tbs. oil
8 oz. fresh or 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 medium onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
- ½ tsp. beef flavor
soup/gravy base
- 1 can Cream of
Mushroom soup + ~½ can milk
- 1 Tbs.vinegar
- cooked noodles

Brown the mushrooms and onions until the onions are tender. Add theground beef and cook 'til done. Add the beef base and and mix
with milk until the base is well blended. Add the mushroom soup and blend. Simmer on low until heated through. Serve over hot noodles.
