reCAPTCHA Plugin added

I've added the reCAPTCHA Plugin to help get rid of the spam. I'm getting tired of it. Registered commenters on my site won't have to do the reCAPTCHA (unless and until I find spam still coming in). If this works, I will see how removing moderation goes. more »
